In March 2020, Li-Cycle Corp., a Canadian battery recycling company, announced plans to establish its first U.S. commercial hub at Eastman Business Park in Rochester.  Over the next several months, contractors were brought in to prepare the space for Li-Cycle’s second spoke location.  Boulter was among these recognized companies.
