To support these growth initiatives, Kevyn will prioritize workforce development, ensuring employees receive the training and resources needed to uphold Boulter’s reputation for excellence in a rapidly evolving industry.
Kevyn’s decision to join Boulter was driven by his admiration for the company’s rich history and strong commitment to its employees. “Throughout my career, I’ve studied organizations across industries, learning what works and what doesn’t. While large corporations have advantages, I was drawn to Boulter’s ability to quickly implement change and innovate based on the needs of their customers and workforce,” Kevyn said. “The company’s unwavering commitment to continuous improvement and its people-first approach made it clear to me that Boulter was a special place—one where employees are truly valued and empowered to succeed."
Boulter’s long-standing reputation for prioritizing employee development was another aspect that stood out to Kevyn. “While many companies scale back on investing in their workforce, Boulter continues to reinvest in both the business and in its greatest asset, the employees."
Kevyn is also passionate about positioning Boulter as an employer of choice in the skilled trades industry. “Our customers rely on us to accomplish the impossible every day, and we need to ensure we’re attracting and developing the best talent. By strengthening our culture and amplifying our presence in the communities we serve, we can make Boulter the destination for those pursuing a career in the trades”
Kevyn is particularly excited about the future of the skilled trades, recognizing the essential role they play in the economy. “While AI and automation are disrupting many sectors, skilled trades remain irreplaceable. Without tradespeople, there’s no new manufacturing, infrastructure, or construction—these are the foundational building blocks of our economy. I look forward to helping Boulter continue to lead the way in this industry.”
