Jeremy Foss Promoted to Project Manager

Jeremy will oversee rigging, production line installation, and preventative maintenance projects in his new role, further supporting Boulter's growth and commitment to the region's manufacturing sector.

Jeremy Foss, a third-generation millwright, has been in the industry for 29 years, contributing his expertise and dedication to the company's success. His deep-rooted experience in the trade, combined with his hands-on leadership approach, has made him an invaluable asset to the Boulter team.

Reflecting on his journey, Jeremy shared: "Over the years, I've led and worked on numerous large-scale production line installations, which has improved my ability to manage complex projects. These experiences have equipped me with the skills to coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure that each installation meets Boulter's high-quality standards."

As a Project Manager, Jeremy plans to contribute to Boulter’s continued success by leveraging his deep understanding of operations, combined with his hands-on experience in the field. "I'm excited to take on this new challenge and bring the skills and experiences I've built over the years to a new level. Moving into the Project Manager role will allow me to have a larger impact on projects and continue doing what I enjoy—leading teams, solving complex problems, and delivering results that exceed expectations."
