Recently, they faced the challenge of consolidating their operations from two separate buildings into a much larger facility across the city. Solution
We deployed a coordinated effort, with one team loading machinery using cranes and forklifts at Midstate Spring's original locations while another unloaded and positioned the equipment at the new facility.
