What's Inside our Gang Boxes?

When you think of a toolbox, do you picture a portable case equipped with miscellaneous tools? Maybe even a larger metal cabinet stationed in your garage? While those things are true for the average toolbox, our toolboxes, also known as gang boxes, are different.  They stand at an impressive five feet tall and can weigh anywhere between 4,800 to 6,000 pounds. And that's not even including their contents! Every day when our trucks leave the yard to head out to a job, each is equipped with one of these mammoth boxes, ready to go to work and get the job done. So, what's unique about these gang boxes? Let's take a look:

Our gang boxes are built with heavy-duty, 16-gauge steel, providing the resilience required to withstand New York's diverse weather conditions.  With convenient features, such as foot latches for hands-free operation and recessed handles for easy gripping with gloved hands, we’re able to quickly access the units and retrieve the necessary tools and equipment needed to complete our work efficiently and effectively.

What's inside our gang boxes is just as impressive as the exterior.  We have an extensive range of tools, specifically designed for every industrial application.  Whether it’s lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, or relocating machinery, there’s a tool inside to get the job done.

A few examples of these include:

Rigging slings and shackles, hydraulic porta-powers and high capacity lifting jacks, machinery moving skates, electric tools, battery tools, wedges, shims, rigging chains, tools for drilling, tools for cutting, leveling equipment, alignment equipment, wrenches, sockets, pry bars, clamps, just to name a “few”.  All of these tools are what is used on a daily basis to raise, lower, shift, and relocate, customer tanks, machinery, or any other large and small pieces of equipment.  Each box also has an assortment of industrial-grade chain hoists and come-a-longs for lifting and pulling.

For securing equipment in place, each box has a concrete anchor gun with bits for hammer drilling into concrete and masonry for anchor installation. When drilling, we also use GFCI protection and HEPA filter vacuums for protection from hazardous dust not only for our employees but also for the customer personnel near the work areas.

We understand the importance of having the right tools for every job.  That’s why we invest in our equipment, ensuring that we not only have the proper tools but the best available at every job site.  Our gang boxes are a testament to our commitment to providing our customers with the highest quality services possible.  When you work with us, you can be confident that you’re working with a company that is fully equipped and prepared to handle any job.
