Boulter proudly welcomed 250 students to Lift & Move USA on May 9, 2019.  This unique career exploration event gave students a complete hands-on experience from mock interview exercises and interactive learning stations to live equipment demonstrations featuring the industry’s largest equipment.

Lift & Move USA serves as a unique platform for students to gain insights into the diverse and dynamic world of heavy lifting and transport. By providing a hands-on experience, the event encourages students to explore potential career paths within the industry. It goes beyond traditional classroom learning, enabling young individuals to discover their passion and potential in a practical and engaging manner.

One of the standout features of the event was the mock interview exercises. These activities helped students develop essential professional skills, such as resume-building, effective communication, and interview techniques. Through simulated interview scenarios, students were able to gain confidence and valuable experience in presenting themselves to potential employers, setting them up for success in future job searches.

Undoubtedly, one of the highlights of Lift & Move USA is the live equipment demonstrations, showcasing some of the industry's largest and most impressive machinery. Students witness the power and precision involved in heavy lifting and transport operations, captivating their imaginations and igniting their interest in pursuing careers in this field. The demonstrations serve as a reminder of the incredible engineering and expertise that drives the industry forward.

Boulter's active involvement in Lift & Move USA played a significant role in shaping the students' experience.  By opening our doors and providing access to employees' expertise, resources, and state-of-the-art equipment, students are left with a broader perspective on career possibilities and a greater appreciation for the impact their skills and dedication can have on shaping the world around them.
